Patton Oswalt Gets His TRUE DETECTIVE on for TRAGEDY PLUS COMEDY EQUALS TIME

If the colossal muck-up of scheduling of the Epix airing of Patton Oswalt’s comedy special, Tragedy Plus Comedy Equals Time, caused you to miss it the first time around, it’s airing on April 6th at 10/9c on Comedy Central. To promote the special, Patton latched onto the absurdity of one of his (and everyone’s) recent favorite shows, HBO’s True Detective.

Why? Probably because time is a flat circle, man. And comedy only exists because we’re imagining it as it happens. The signals are all around us — Florida, TV dinners, children’s television programming — in our five (yes, five) dimensions of existence; it’s up to us to make sure we’re not missing the important ones.

Now, will somebody please give Patton a hug? He’s clearly begging for it.

Will you be tuning into Tragedy Plus Comedy Equals Time when it airs on Comedy Central? Let us know in the comments.
