No matter how slow your Monday is going, we’ve got just the thing to put some spring into your step in today’s Movie Morsels: a brand-new video from the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming, which shows the film’s Peter Parker performing some pretty impressive aerial acrobatics. Plus, the latest from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and more!
Spider-Man: Homecoming
Now this is an amazing Spider-Man. We all knew Tom Holland had some gymnastics ability when he was cast as the webhead, but it’s still surprising to see an actor starring in a superhero movie who can actually do some of the things his character does. Check out the following Spider-Man: Homecoming set videos to see what I’m talking about. The first one below looks like it’s part of some sort of flashback sequence, in which Peter Parker appears to be remembering something. Perhaps the incident that gave him his powers, or maybe his uncle’s murder. In any case, the second video is where the action is. Enjoy.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
Here’s a little something for all of the Marvel Zombies among you who love to speculate… During his latest Facebook Live Q&A, director James Gunn revealed a little something about the enormous monster seen in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2‘s latest concept art…

In the Q&A, Gunn describes the creature as, “a multidimensional being. The Guardians have been hired to fight him.â Well, it seems there’s a similar multidimensional being in an upcoming Doctor Strange LEGO toy set…

So does this mean there’s a chance that Stephen Strange could somehow rear his head in the Guardians sequel? Or could this all be some kind of multi-pronged attack by Thanos, the true extent of which will only be made clear in Avengers: Infinity War? Hmmm…
Ghostbusters
Love it or hate it, there’s no denying that this summer’s Ghostbusters remake had some first-rate visual effects. What’s that, you say? You haven’t seen the film yet? No worries. Illoura, the VFX studio behind the film, is presenting the best of their efforts in a new showcase reel…

Transformers: The Last Knight
Finally today… The only thing Michael Bay likes more than making blockbusters is showing off the toys that let him make those blockbusters. On his current film project, Transformers: The Last Knight, the director is utilizing a new RED custom-built camera, dubbed “the Bayhem,” which he describes as “the most advanced, best hand held motion picture camera in the business.” Here’s a new video Bay has released in which he shows off the camera while shooting his latest Victoria’s Secret commercial. Note the Megatron medallion embedded in the body of camera…
