New PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES Hot Topic Fashions

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies doesn’t hit theaters for a few more weeks, but it is popping up left and right with new merchandise for coveting. The latest addition to the stack of things we need to buy is a sultry new line of lingerie options from the movie’s partnership with Hot Topic. Take a look at the very atmospheric video above and decide which look you’re going to need to add to your wardrobe before Valentine’s Day.

The new line of romantic undergarments is a modern take on Regency era fashion – though I have to say I have a hard time seeing the connection between the gorgeous pieces in this collection and the white muslin bloomers and corsets I’ve seen in the history books. Hot Topic‘s new Pride And Prejudice And Zombies includes a corset with beautiful lace-up detailing, a lace baby doll gown with lace, lace longline bra and high-waisted ruffle panty, lace-trimmed camisole, lace-up sweetheart dress, and skirted panties with garters. [Editor’s Note: This paragraph just scandalized everyone’s grandmas.]

This collection falls beautifully in line with the sumptuous look and feel of the trailers for the movie that have been released. Fans of the book are excited to see their favorite characters brought to life by Lily James, Lena Headey, Matt Smith, Sam Riley and more. If you’re not familiar, the story is pretty in-step with Jane Austen‘s classic Pride & Prejudice. It just has zombies too. And the women are bad ass. I’m pretty excited to see some zombie ass-kicking on the big screen next month, and if I need to find some of this lingerie in select stores and online between now and then to keep me in the mood, so be it.

Which is your favorite piece? Tell us in the comments below!
