New MASS EFFECT Game Teased By Bioware

Mass Effect devotees around the world gathered yesterday to celebrate “N7 Day.” Bioware, who hosted a series of multiplayer matches and livestreams in honor of the holiday, cleverly had one member of their team tweet a message every 30 minutes throughout the day. The compilation of cryptic tweets, when put together, turned out to be not so cryptic after all.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably spent several minutes zooming in and examining the above photographs in search of anything overt. But unfortunately, there isn’t much to be seen other than the fact that Bioware is hard at work on the next Mass Effect game. Though rumors have suggested that the next ME installment will be hitting somewhere between late 2014 and mid-2015, no official release window has been announced by Bioware nor EA. On the brighter side, however, we’ll at least have Dragon Age: Inquisition sometime next year to tide us over until then.

Very excited to experience Mass Effect on the next generation of consoles. The storytelling in Mass Effect is on another level compared to most games, and the fact that your choices greatly affect the story makes it truly unique. Playing the Mass Effect series was some of the most fun i’ve ever had playing video games, and i’m a longtime gamer that started out with the Atari 2600.
