New BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Photos

For a movie that doesn’t come out for another 9 months, Zack Snyder’s Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, a movie with a name almost as cumbersome as Precious Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire, sure is releasing a lot of information. I guess they have to do something to combat Fox’s X-Men: Apocalypse which just had a big ol’ Entertainment Weekly story. In the case of Bat/Super as I will now call it, they’re getting a big bump from Britain’s Empire Magazine which, on top of interviews with cast and crew, has released three new photos from the movie.

First, we have Superman himself, as assayed by Henry Cavill, standing in the wreckage of some building. It’s possibly Wayne Manor or maybe the foyer for that Wayne Enterprises building he utterly destroyed in Man of Steel. He also looks like he’s just been in the rain, which would lead me to believe he’s either coming from or going to the next image…

This is one we’ve certainly seen before, but I for one never really get tired of seeing the Dark Knight truly looking like a dark knight, with his suit of armor and glowing eyes. It’s a pretty indelible image, I’d say, as is him standing next to the disused Bat-Signal.

And finally we have the Silicon Valley smarm of Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor, the floppy-haired CEO of LexCorp Industries. From this photo, it really seems to me like Luthor is going to try to be the cool boss of a company everyone wants to work for. Look how chill it is, guys! It’s got a basketball court for employees to use to unwind. Luthor is the best! It’s like Google and Pixar got together but lacked any warmth or charm. Still, I think I’d totally work at LexCorp. Cream-colored jackets look great on me.

These images and more can be found in the September issue of Empire.

Would you work for LexCorp? Even with the evil boss? Let us know in the comments below!
