Win Tickets to the MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000 Reunion Show!

During the 11-season reign of Mystery Science Theater, going all the way from local Minnesota public access, through seven seasons on Comedy Central, a feature film, and three more seasons on the nascent Sci-Fi Channel, many hilarious writers, actors, and characters came and went. There were two hosts, two Tom Servos, two Crows, two Gypsys, and six different Mads during that time, and with the new Kickstarter-backed season on the way, we’re getting even more. This is why MSTies far and wide should be excited by the MST3K reunion show that happened last week. Did you miss it? Well we’re giving away 10 tickets to the encore show July 12!

The above exclusive clip of the event had the usual RiffTrax crew of Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy, and Bill Corbett–MST3K‘s second host, second Servo, and second Crow, respectively–welcoming special guest riffers that created a wide swath of Mystery Science past and future. Show creator and original host Joel Hodgson took the stage along with Dr. Clayton Forrester and original Crow, Trace Beaulieu; TV’s Frank himself, Frank Conniff; Pearl Forrester, Mary Jo Pehl; writer and ensemble performer Bridget Nelson; and our own Jonah Ray, whom we’ll see as Jonah Heston, the new host, very soon.

And you can see them all riff for over two hours in select cinemas on Tuesday, July 12, at 7:30pm local time. Tickets can be purchased by going to Fathom Events‘ page, or you can enter to win one of 10 pairs of tickets (meaning 10 people can win two tickets each) to the event, good for any theater near you! Just click on this link to tweet your entry. Remember: you’ve got to do it by Monday, July 11, or you’re SOL…and that doesn’t mean “Satellite of Love.”

And, hey! If you’re going to San Diego Comic-Con in a couple of weeks, head over to Petco Park for Camp Conival, Legendary Digital Networks’ home for on-stage interviews and other enjoyment, featuring your favorite folks from Nerdist and Geek & Sundry. On Saturday, July 23, at 4:00pm, you can see yours truly interview Joel Hodgson, Jonah Ray, Felicia Day, Hampton Yount, and Baron Vaughn about the brand new upcoming season of Mystery Science Theater 3000, and it’s absolutely free! There’ll be a Q&A too, so bring your queries.
