  1. Leland says:

After watching “Court Martial” again a few years back, my room mate and I started using the term “Eject Finny Button” to describe any process/ device that “simplifies” anything that probably should involve more steps.

  2. I always loved this episode — mainly for the insane amount of trivia in it: Kirk’s serial number, Spock’s serial number, all those medals and awards and so forth, the minutiae of a Star Fleet legal proceeding. Trekker’s paradise. 🙂

  3. Great job John and Ken – love your show.

I noticed a technical item that was off in this episode. As the court martial resumes on the Enterprise, Kirk describes the heartbeat audio experiment and he states that by installing a booster they can increase the computer’s audio capability by “one to the fourth power.” Last time I checked, one raised to any power is still one. I think the line should have been “ten raised to the fourth power”. Writer’s error or Shatner’s error?

Keep up the great work guys.
