God he swears a lot :\

  2. K. says:

    Loved it!
But what was the name of the comedian they both really liked. the one with the napkin joke.

  3. Jeremy says:

Ah man, I loved Steve Agee on The Sarah Silverman Program but never thought to look for his stand up. I’m a fool! He’s a funny dude with a surprising background, considering the stuff he’s done. I dig it. Great show, and I’m totally gonna check out some of his standup some time.

  4. Mandy W. says:

@ Leo, not to worry, I’ve succumb to firsties in the past as well. There should be a support group.

Excellent job Ricki! Steve Agee has quickly become one of my favorite comics from his many works with the podcasts here and I really enjoyed listening to him on this episode. As someone who is far removed from the Hollywood industry, I still really enjoy your encouraging, positive and extremely funny pods. Keep it up! 🙂

  5. Leo says:

FIRST! First and last time I’ll do that. Sorry. I’ll show myself out.

Great episode. Steve is so naturally funny and good-humored, it’s hard to imagine him ever not being super-enjoyable to listen to, especially in a conversational podcast context.

I don’t think it was mentioned (honestly, I’m not sure if it’s still even happening since there hasn’t been a new episode in a month-and-a-half), but Steve has a podcast called Steve Agee: Uhhh that’s absolutely hilarious. Nerdists should check it out. The episodes with Ellen Page are really fun.
