Listen to Bryan Cranston Narrate YOU HAVE TO F**KING EAT in Adorably Swear-y Animated Video

When Heisenberg knocks, it’s one thing — but to hear him demand you, wee chid, sit the eff down and eat what’s for effing dinner if you know what’s good for you? Well that’s a terror of a different color — and thankfully you can experience it right here right now. Isn’t life, narrated by Bryan Cranston, beautiful?

Obviously. That’s why we’re so terribly bemused by the follow-up to Samuel L. Jackson’s harrowing take on Adam Mansbach’s first book, Go The F**K to Sleep — titled You Have to F**king Eat — with none other than Walter White himself telling it like it is. Precious and few are these moments we two can share, Internet. So drink it in and lap it up. Swearing at children has never sounded so equally jubilant and assertive.

It’s just a clip, but then — oh! — at the same time, it is so much more than a clip. It is a tool all you parents out there can use to give your wee progeny a taste of The Real Talk orrr, you know, put it on during parties and make your non-baby-having friends cackle with counterintuitive-based glee. Either works.

And if you liked that, well then guess what? Today (and the next few days) is your lucky day, as the whole audio book version of You Have to F**king Eat is available for free through December 12th, meaning you can set your kid real freaking straight on what will or will not go down in your family kitchen for free. How’s that for economical?

What do you think of Bryan Cranston’s interpretation of You Have to F**king Eat? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
