Did you watch the “Tube-a-Tweet-a-Thon Holiday Spectacular” held by What’s Trending last week? The event, hosted by Friend of Nerdist Shira Lazar (“Friend of Nerdist” is now her actual first name, I believe), was a big success in raising lots of money and awareness for Covenant House’s work helping homeless youth in the wake of Hurricane Sandy and elsewhere, and among the highlights of the show was this segment in which the Nerdist Channel’s own magic man Justin Willman did some amazing tricks, including the Mona Lisa appearing from playing cards and a mind-reading trick that… um… how the HELL does he DO that?
