John Barrowman and Dan Harmon to Moderate ZERO CHARISMA Screenings in NY

This weekend in New York City, to coincide with New York Comic Con, there will be two screenings of Nerdist and Tribeca Films’ co-distributed film, Zero Charisma, possibly the geekiest film of the year. We’re happy to announce that both screenings, one on Friday night and the other at Saturday night, both at 7:10 at the Cinema Village, will have Q&As with the cast and crew with extra special guest moderators who will likely represent a cross-section of your interests.

On Friday night, the Q&A will be moderated by Doctor Who, Torchwood, and Arrow star John Barrowman, and on Saturday night, the Q&A will be headed up by Community creator/showrunner and world-renowned role-playing game fanatic, Dan Harmon. We know it’ll be a hard choice for you to pick a night, seeing as both moderators are unbearably cool in different ways, but if you follow your heart, and roll for experience points, you should have no problem deciding.

To pre-order tickets to either show, visit Cinema Village’s website. And if you can’t make it to one of these screenings, don’t fret; the movie will be playing for a full week at Cinema Village. Visit their website for details. ALSO! Don’t forget to listen to the directors and lead actor from Zero Charisma on the Nerdist Podcast and, if you can’t make it out to the New York screenings, you can watch it via Video On Demand or rent the movie for digital download from Amazon, Vudu/UltraViolet, Xbox, and iTunes.

This movie makes me incredible nervous. I have deep concerns about the movie based on the trailer. I’m in NY with nothing to do so why not? It should be a good time! I’ll bring my nerdist pins and stickers. Fun will be had by all!

  2. I really want to see this movie. I wish I could attend the Q&As. I’m glad it’s gonna be on VOD.

(sigh)… also you don’t “roll for experience points”. That’s not a thing.

That I feel compelled to point that out maybe explains a lot about me and why I want to see this movie.
