Will Taron Egorton be facing off against a bad Dude in Kingsman: The Golden Circle? Or will he have an ally who’s a real star, man? Jeff Bridges just left us a huge “Clu” that he’s in like Flynn by posting a new Kingsman teaser poster on Twitter, much as Channing Tatum and Elton John did previously to announce their involvement.

So we know Bridges’ character enjoys a drink (presumably, prior to it vexing him so). Will this role do for glasses of Scotch what The Big Lebowski did for White Russians?

Julianne Moore and Halle Berry are also attached to the sequel–the former as the primary villain, the latter as head of US counterpart organization Statesman–which will mark the first time director Matthew Vaughn has made a sequel to one of his own films, something he once said he’d only do if he could make it very different. It’ll be interesting to say what the American version of the Kingsman organization will look like, since “Manners Maketh Man” is not exactly our national motto. Will umbrellas and suits still matter, or will a baseball cap that holds beer cans come into play instead? Knowing Mark Millar is involved, we can safely assume that dirty jokes and brutal violence will still be ever-present.

Does Jeff Bridges’ announcement make you more likely to see the sequel? Can we get a scene where the musically inclined actor performs with Sir Elton? Just, like, comment below with your opinion, man.
