It’s Rock vs Lion In An All New TV Spot For HERCULES

It’s hard to believe any major blockbuster starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would be a dark horse film, but in a summer filled with web crawlers, fighting robots and time-traveling mutants, the latest from Hollywood’s top action star, Hercules, is just that. But that isn’t going to stop Paramount from throwing as much of the marketing machine behind the film as they can, and because of that, today they bring us a brand new TV spot for the upcoming film:

Did someone say Rock vs lion? Sold! Though the legend of Hercules has been done countless times before, Johnson’s take on the character does feel like it could be a fun time, like back when he did Scorpion King… just with more muscles this time around.

Hercules opens in theaters July 25th.
