HARLEY QUINN AND THE SUICIDE SQUAD APRIL FOOL’S SPECIAL #1 Preview (Exclusive)

It may be five days after the fact, but this Wednesday, Harley Quinn is pulling a fast one on us in Harley Quinn and the Suicide Squad April Fool’s Special #1. No foolin’, puddin’, it’s a real comic and it’s actually coming out. Written by Rob Williams (Martian Manhunter) and illustrated by Sean Galloway, Scott Williams, and Jim Lee, the DC Comics one-shot finds Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel putting her medical degree to good use by running a support group for supervillains. Except Harley isn’t anyone’s fool (well, maybe her own) — she’s going to turn the tables on those sickly supervillains. Or at least, she thinks she will. As always tends to be the case, the joke is ultimately on Harley, and this time the punchline might prove to be deadly.

Now, before you rush out to buy the comic this Wednesday, you can take an exclusive sneak peek in our gallery below.

Here’s the official synopsis:

“Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, M.D., welcomes you to Evil Anonymous, the support group for super villains in need; where no problem is too insane or homicidal, and where discretion is assured as only a clown princess of crime can—which is to say, not at all. But when Harley Quinn starts using her patients’ own evil schemes against them, it turns out that a much bigger, far more dangerous, and truly life-altering joke is being played on her.”
