Seven years after its release, Halo 3‘s final easter egg has finally been revealed and it’s all sorts of adorable.

Thanks to Halo modder Lord Zedd and Teambeyond.net, the easter egg is now on display for the world to see and appears to be a sweet gesture brought to us by former Bungie employee, Adrian Perez. He had worked on Halo 3‘s loading screen and left a little present for his wife.

It’s been long teased by Bungie, and now you can see it in the video below.

Perez is no longer at Bungie, but has been making games over at Sucker Punch Productions. Perhaps there are some similar easter eggs in inFAMOUS?
