Can it be August yet? The American version of the new The World’s End trailer is now alive and kicking. You can tell it’s for Americans because the narrator says “Bar Crawl” instead of “Pub Crawl.” Edgar Wright has assembled a great cast, including co-writer Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Paddy Considine, Martin Freeman, Eddie Marsan, Rosamund Pike, and appearances by other familiar faces to the Wright-verse like Mark Heap, David Bradley, and Reece Shearsmith.

Zombies, cultists, and now ink-blooded robot replicas? Wright and Pegg sure know how to make the suburbs terrifying, and hilarious. The sci-fi/comedy will laser-blast its way into US cinemas on August 23rd. What is it? May? Aw, come on, time.
