Take a breath and think: what emotions are you feeling today? Joy? Disgust? Anger? Sadness? Fear? A combination of the five? Something different? These emotions are at the center of the new movie Inside Out starring the voices of Amy Poehler, Bill Hader, Lewis Black, Mindy Kaling and Phyllis Smith.

We sat down with the director, producer and cast to discuss their favorite emotions and the inspiration for the latest Disney/ Pixar animated feature.
