Full-Sized Hulkbuster Suit Took Over 1600 Hours to Make

I am consistently blown away by the skill and dedication of some cosplayers. Their ability to recreate fantastical costumes and characters is genuinely amazing. But this one might be at the top of that impressive mountain: a full-sized, moving Hulkbuster suit, just like the one worn by Iron Man Tony Stark in The Avengers: Age of Ultron.

This Hulkbuster armor, created by the folks at Extreme Costumes (an appropriate name) stands 9’6’’ tall, comes complete with electronics, can be walked in, and required over 1600 hours of work. 1600.

That is almost 67 days if you worked around the clock, or 200 days if you just worked a normal 8-hour day, assuming you took no breaks. (The green lasers shooting out of the eyes alone are worth skipping a few coffee breaks here and there.)

Now all we have to do as a society is work on creating a real-life Hulk so we can test this out and see if it really works. It is the least we can do to say thanks for this awesome display of craftsmanship and hard-work.

Obviously these guys can produce amazing pieces, so what other extreme costumes would you like to see them tackle next? Smash the best ideas (or you can just type them normally) in the comments section below.
