Parks and Recreation is one of my happy places. I came to the sitcom late in the game, and I don’t think I’ve ever binge-watched anything so quickly. The charm of Pawnee and the positive, inspiring force of nature that is Leslie Knope crawled right in my heart. I like kindness and I like laughing, and Parks and Rec offered both those things in spades. And also, Ron Swanson.
I’m in the mood to re-watch the series, but since I probably shouldn’t dive into that hole again, I’ll get my fix by sharing fan art. I’ve also maybe been looking at Parks and Rec GIFs for the past 30 minutes. Maybe.
