Does anyone else have an obsession with looking at other people’s desks? If so, the work featured in this week’s Fan Art Friday is just for you. Rob Loukotka of Fringe Focus has started a new series examining the desks of popular movie characters. Yes, it is a brilliant idea. And he’s started with two fantastic characters: Indiana Jones and Tony Stark.

The screen printed posters are 36 inches by 12 inches and packed with Easter eggs. The Desk of Mr. Stark references the Iron Man films and The Desk of Dr. Jones references events in the first three Indiana Jones movies. Take a look at Dr. Jones’ desk:

You can spot the obvious items: the golden fertility idol and the Holy Grail. But what else do you see? Loukotka says there are over 40 items from the films featured on the image. A huge amount of details can be seen on Tony Stark’s desk as well. One of the close-ups on that print even shows a chat window with Bruce Banner. So. Perfect.
