Exclusive: HITMAN: AGENT 47 Takes on MAD MEN

This Sunday, AMC’s signature drama series, Mad Men will wrap up its seven season run. Of course, that’s assuming that Agent 47 doesn’t take out Don Draper first.

Someone on the Hitman: Agent 47 marketing team is clearly a big Mad Men fan. And they’ve passed along an animated homage to the Mad Men opening sequence that plays out in reverse before Agent 47 strikes a very Don Draper-like pose.

Within this animation clip are hidden 47s in every frame, rubber ducks, and more overt images of the main cast members from the upcoming Hitman: Agent 47 feature film.

Hitman: Agent 47 is based on the Hitman video game franchise, with Rupert Friend as Agent 47, an assassin who eliminates high profile targets around the world at the behest of a secret organization known the International Contracts Agency. Hannah Ware co-stars in the film as Katia van Dees, with Zachary Quinto as John Smith, and Thomas Kretschmann as Le Clerq.

Aleksander Bach directed Hitman: Agent 47 from a script by Skip Woods and Michael Finch. Hitman: Agent 47 will be released in theaters on August 21, 2015.
