Enjoy Your RESIDENT EVIL Burrito

When I think of either English cuisine or Resident Evil, I don’t necessarily think of burritos. Capcom UK, however, is getting our tastebuds tingling with help from the chefs of award-winning Mexican street food restaurant Cantina Carnitas. There’s no truth to the rumor that it was almost a Jill sandwich instead.

So what makes this a Resident Evil burrito? (Presumably they recognized the obvious branding mishap that might ensue if they called it a Biohazard burrito and tried to sell that to the public, by the way.) Mainly red and green herbs (no blue, sadly, so watch yourself around giant zombified spiders), shredded meat, and an injected “T-virus” hot sauce to revive dead taste buds and make you see S.T.A.R.S. Constructed with two large tortillas, it’s meant for sharing, so don’t be a tyrant and hog the whole thing.

Considering the number of times they talk about enjoying their burrito in this video, it’s like they were sucking up to us or something. Well-played, fellows — it totally worked. Now, can we get a glass of V-Jolt to wash that down with?

We can heartily endorse this as a substitute for human flesh, y’all. Are you anxious to singe your Weskers with some viral hot sauce? Can you keep your tongue inside your head long enough to wait to be served? Or have you met your culinary Nemesis once and for all?

Point your D-pad in a counter-intuitive direction to get to the comments below, and tell us your Evil food thoughts.
