We’ve come to expect a certain amount of crazy with Michael Bay‘s live-action Transformers movies, but Transformers: The Last Knight looks like its taking the insanity to the next level. We already knew that Arthurian lore was going to play a big role in this story, but the latest leaked set photos have revealed another new setting for the film. Today’s Nerdist News is gonna transform and roll out the latest spoilers!

And we really do have a pretty big spoiler coming right up, so consider this your last warning!

World War II-era Nazis are apparently gonna play a role in Transformers: The Last Knight, but how? And why? Judging by the number of scenes that Bay and his crew are shooting, it appears that the Nazis are gonna be around for more than just a few minutes of flashback and montage. Does this mean that Optimus Prime is gonna make a quick trip to WWII to fight the Nazis before jetting back to Camelot and hanging out with King Arthur? Could we possibly see Arthur and his knights taking the fight back to Hitler himself? Or will we get even more evil Nazi Decepticons?

Sir Anthony Hopkins has also been spotted on set in period appropriate clothing, although it’s not clear whom he will be portraying in the movie. Prior to this, we would have guessed that Hopkins would be voicing one of the Autobots or Decepticons, if not playing Merlin himself. Or perhaps he is playing Merlin as a truly immoral wizard.
