Two great tastes that taste great together! Cartoonist Alex Dempsey has drawn delightful mash-ups of the peanut butter of Doctor Who and the chocolate of Adventure Time. Or the caramel and the nougat, or the strawberry and whipped cream. Whatever, you guys. Use your own food judgement. At any rate, he’s created images of the four New Series Doctors and their companions (without doubling up) doing a bit of a frolic. Fittingly, the set is called Adventure Time and Space.
The Ninth Doctor, obviously, is with Rose Tyler in her “Empty Child/Doctor Dances” duds (What?! No Adam?!… nobody did say.), the Tenth Doctor is hanging out with Martha Jones and a fairly grumpy-looking Donna Noble, the Eleventh Doctor is showing the Ponds a good time (one of them, anyway), and of course the Twelfth Doctor is walking hand-in-hand with Clara Oswald…because she’s his only companion so far.
And for a nice view of everybody together, he’s made them into a banner as well.
Dempsey has a great deal more fun art pieces on his Tumblr, both Adventure Time and Doctor Who-related. He’s a talented guy, someone give him a cartoon to design.
For now, though, let me just leave you with this amazing image of the Doctor dancing… three times even. (Remember: always bring a banana to a party. Bananas are good.)

They are all lovely! My favorite trio is Eleven, Amy and Rory. So sad Clara and Eleven didn’t get their own version, i have a hard time accepting Eleven is gone forever…
You would have had me if you’d have had ALL the Doctors, Classic included. With just the four most recent, I find myself not caring as much. EVERY Doctor is SOMEONE’S favorite.

I’m trying to be a fan of this, but as it seems like the same copy pasted pose and mouth’s I have a hard time.
Being a Doctor Who fan doesn’t obligate you to like every send up on it. 🙂 Not everyone is an Adventure Time fanatic.
