Sometimes the best cosplay is cosplay that grosses me out. I’m talking about cosplay of monsters, or rotting zombies, or other gory creatures. For example, Colossal Titans from Attack on Titan and Resident Evil’s William Birkin after his mutations come to mind. Costumes that bring the ickier aspects of those characters to life are sometimes hard to look at, but I have to ignore my squeamishness to take a closer look because of impressive craftsmanship.
This week’s Cosplay Friday has both of the examples I mentioned, and the William Birkin build is simultaneously amazing and disgusting. The gallery below also has a gender swapped Harley Quinn, a Vault Dweller from Fallout, Cinderella, and more.
