In an adorable homage to the totally badass elevator scene from Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Community did a paintballirific take on the moment. In their latest episode of the Yahoo! Screen iteration of the series, Dean Pelton did his best Steve Rodgers — of course.

No, he may not have jumped out of the elevator by smashing its glass (logistically such nonsense is impossible at Greendale on a structural level), but he did get himself into quite the kerfuffle with a bunch of baddies while in the midst of a paintball challenge. A recurring bit for the series, paintball episodes of Community are a true joy for any and everyone who loves the meta-reality and quipping referential madness it does so well.

Besides, who wouldn’t want to go full-Rambo with a bunch of paintball guns at their old college, running around with wild abandon and total glee, making witty, hilariously meta quips all the while?
