Comedy Central Gives 22 Episode Order and Animated Spin-Off to KEY & PEELE

Every once in awhile, these days in the realm of television, a series is critically acclaimed, gets good ratings, and is wildly popular online, which then gets rewarded with an expansion of the show. Good thing that Comedy Central’s Key & Peele is an example of this.

The hysterical show has become such a hit for Comedy Central that it not only has reached a fourth season on the cable network, but it’s going to get a true, full season with 22 episodes ordered. In addition to that, their online companion series Vandaveon and Mike is set to get an animated spin-off.

So, hopefully, amongst other things, this means a few more years for us to see President Obama’s anger translator Luther.

    Best. News. Yet.

Key n Peele does the impossible..or perhaps the VERY difficult…it continuously turns out hilarious sketches which are original, wonderfully produced, and constantly original. They rock. I love the fact that CC recognizes that and is giving them the chance to do lots more.

Peace & (looks around) I sayyy biiiiiiiiitttttttccccccch.
