Anyone who follows my shenanigans on Twitter knows that I have a place near and dear to my heart for coffee. Really, we’re in a relationship. So when I saw the delectable coffee sleeve artwork created by DeviantArt’s Kahahuna, I was completely in love. Kahahuna (aka Jessica Beauchamp) has married two of my all-time favorite things: coffee and nerdy artwork.

The art in the gallery below is everything you want from a Doctor Who fan who also has a serious addiction to coffee. Perhaps it’s a bit sacrilige – the Brits are, after all, known for their love of tea versus coffee – but this American Doctor Who fan loves it nonetheless. In addition to the gorgeous coffee sleeves Jess has devoted to Doctor Who, there are also other entertainment properties that she has immortalized for other beverages. You could use Sherlock for the aforementioned tea. Breaking Bad would serve well for pretty much any illicit beverage you were trying to conceal in a Starbucks cup, right?

I would like to wrap all of my favorite hot beverages in art such as these rather than the boring old – and completely the same in every Starbucks worldwide – circle of cardboard I always use. Next thing you know, I’m sure the foam artists out there will be figuring out ways to make adipose art and perhaps a few monsters of the week from the new X-Files reboot that we now know is coming.
