So, Capitol Couture, the Hunger Games Tumblr styled as an officially-sanctioned Fashion and Culture service of the Capitol is back to promote The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, showing official “Capitol Portraits” of some of the major characters of the series, and the first to get the portrait treatment is Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket:

That is some outfit there. And HIS shoes are awesome. Nice expression there, too.

They’ll be releasing more character posters at CapitolCouture.pn, seemingly every day, if the countdown clock’s to be trusted. The movie doesn’t open until November 22nd, so there are plenty of days for plenty of character portraits….
