Channing Tatum Will Sing in Coen Brothers’ HAIL, CAESAR!

As though we needed any more reasons to love national treasure Channing Tatum, he’s apparently going to give us one more–the gift of song.

Film Music Reporter has released the soundtrack for the Coen Brothers newest movie, the highly anticipated Hail, Caesar!, and it turns out Tatum himself will be singing one of the songs in the film. “No Dames” (a song I can only guess is about why Judy Dench wasn’t allowed on set) is listed as track 10 and performed by Tatum himself.

Along with this news about how we will get to experience another adorable talent of Channing Tatum, a new commercial spot for the film was released (above), along with a new poster.

In the film, Josh Brolin plays the man the studio tasks with fixing a  big problem, which is just what they have when the star of their new big prestige movie, played by George Clooney, is kidnapped and held for ransom.

Wait, if you didn’t know that already it means you haven’t seen the genuinely amazing trailer for this movie (let alone watched it fifty times like some of us).

Everything about this looks great. This news about getting to hear Tatum sing, whether he is legitimately good or endearingly bad, is just one more reason to be excited.

Hail, Caesar! opens on February 5 and stars everyone ever.

What do you think Channing Tatum’s singing voice sounds like? Where does it rank on what you’re most excited about for this movie? Tell us in the comments below.
