Bryan Singer & Felicia Day Present Hulu’s Newest Paranormal Comedy Series SPOOKED

Bryan Singer’s Bad Hat Harry (X-Men: Days of Future Past, House MD) and Felicia Day’s Geek & Sundry and her own YouTube channel are teaming up to bring a new TV-length digital series, Spooked, to Hulu.

The series centers on the Paranormal Investigation Team (P.I.T.) as they seek the truth behind supernatural happenings across the country. The show promises uncomfortable run-ins with ghosts, aliens, and other formidable characters of the classic supernatural roster. The pilot episode follows the investigation of a poltergeist determined to ruin a lesbian wedding.

“It’s been a thrill to expand our digital portfolio with Spooked on Hulu and collaborate with Felicia and her team,” Bryan Singer said in a press release. “With Spooked we developed an irreverent, character-driven series in the paranormal genre that we think fans will enjoy and connect with online.”

The cast includes Julian Curtis (Captured), Ashley Johnson (The Killing), Neil Grayston (Eureka), Derek Mio (Greek) and Shyloh Oostwald, with guest appearances by Dichen Lachman (Dollhouse), Alison Haislip, Tom Lenk, Constance Wu (Covert Affairs) and Nancy Charles (The Stepfather).

The first 22-minute episode of the 4-part Season 1 premieres on Hulu on April 16th at 10a PT.

I can’t find it on Hulu yet. But I am looking forward to watching. Some great people in front of and behind the cameras.
