‘Brothers’ Unite in New TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES Promo

Viewers of Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards got a tiny peek at more of producer Michael Bay and director Jonathan Liebesman’s take on the four green guys with weapons who like pizza and their wise old rodent mentor. Yes, it’s a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV spot which IGN has kindly posted for all to see. (Speaking of “post,” here are the teaser posters, in case you missed them.)

We see a little bit more of the turtles, a bit of Raphael and Donatello who, up to this point, hadn’t been around much, and we also get to see, and more evidently hear, the Turtles’ master Splinter, voiced by Tony Shalhoub. He instills in his students the importance of being brothers, which is a pretty nice sentiment for massive reptiles, or anyone really.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will hit theaters August 8th. Cowabunga.

it looks decent. I was expecting the worst. Id really like to see a take on TMNT based solely on the original eastman and laird comics

I thought Danny Woodburn was Splinter.
Was I completely wrong and was thinking of something else entirely?
