Black Widow and Scarlet Witch Get Hot Toys Figures

For the majority of the last 15 years or so, Marvel has owned movie theaters the first weekend in May in some form or another. This year is no different as Captain America: Civil War will be released on May 6. Before knowing the fate of #TeamCap or #TeamIronMan, get your Hot Toys collection in order with their latest releases. This time, the coolest spy on the planet and arguably the most powerful member of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes get the fully articulated treatment as both Black Widow (Scarlett Johannson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) are now available for pre-order from their U.S. distributor, Sideshow Collectibles.

Black Widow 1

Black Widow is shown here in her Civil War outfit. Much like her Avengers and Winter Soldier costume, it’s back to an all black look, absent of the blue outlines from her Age of Ultron suit.

Black Widow 2

Black Widow comes with her escrima sticks (still wish they would make a Nightwing Hot Toy, but I digress), as well as her new nightsticks and classic guns. Oh, and of course it comes with… Ant-Man? I understand why the Hawkeye figure came with the mini-Rudd on his arrow, but not sure the reasoning behind this. The GOOD thing is that Ant-Man is awesome, so I’ll allow it (because I have final say over figure releases at Hot Toys).

Scarlet Witch 1

This version of the Scarlet Witch is part of the Age of Ultron line. We see her here in her “New Avengers” costume from the very end of that film. Since we only got see the costume for roughly 12 seconds, this is the closest look we have of it. I am happy they released this because she looks AWESOME.

Scarlet Witch 2

Scarlet Witch comes with interchangeable hands and removable “magic effects.” Remember, for those completist collectors out there, she is part of the Age of Ultron line, NOT Civil War.

You can check out more pics of these two amazing figures in the gallery below.
