ATTACK ON TITAN: HUMANITY IN CHAINS Is Set To Drop on May 12th for Nintendo 3DS

Anime fans rejoice! Atlus announced today that Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains is set to gobble up your Nintendo handheld on May 12th. In other words, prepare to kick some behemoth sized Titan butt in awesome 3D. The 4-player action game set in the manga storyline is a download-only title for any version of the Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 2DS. So, if you were worried about needing the “New” Nintendo 3DS, you can cast that fear aside. The title will, however, sport a lofty price point of $39.99. Unfortunately, fans in Europe will have to wait a bit longer to be able to take down these humanoids on the go because as of right now, there is no news on a release date for our friends across the pond.

Along with this rad news, Atlus released a new trailer showcasing some of the playable cast. The short, one minute trailer (above) shows off fan favorites Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Levi, and even Sasha, in action. In case this isn’t enough to get you pumped for full 3D maneuver gear in 3D, Atlus has sweetened the pot by including a free theme for everyone that takes the leap and purchases the game. The most hardcore of fans will want to nab this theme since it won’t be available by any other means.

With a live action film in the works and the manga getting ever so popular, it is about time we get our grubby little hands on a game set in the universe. For more on the game, make sure to check out the full trailer above. You can also check out all of our Attack on Titan coverage that may or may not feature skintight Titan suits. Fair warning, all images may not be suitable for children. Maneuver your way down to the comments section below and let us know if you plan on downloading this sweet Titan-hunting title.
