Watch Arya and Sansa Crack Up in GAME OF THRONES Outtakes

If fans of Game of Thrones thought they were excited to see Sansa and Arya reunited, it’s clear after watching this new behind-the-scenes video that nobody was looking forward to seeing the Stark Sisters together again as much as Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams. And that’s why they didn’t take their reunion anywhere as seriously as their characters.

In this clip from HBO‘s seven-part series about the making of Game of Thrones‘ seventh season, The Game Revealed, Williams and Turner talk about what it was like when the two of them finally got to film scenes together after having been apart since season one. Based on how serious, tense, and emotional almost every single one of their scenes together were this past year, it’s a real joy to see them laughing it up and being silly when the cameras weren’t rolling.

We really could have used some scenes of Arya and Sansa enjoying each others’ company during the season, instead of them constantly debating if they should, you know, kill the other instead. Just like Sophie Turner, we also cried during their reunion, so everything that happened after that first meeting was especially hard for us to deal with.

However, seeing how much Turner and her “best mate” (aww!) Williams love one another does help make up for all of the angst we felt while they worked out their issues.

But maybe when Arya finally sees Jon again we can just skip the animosity and focus on the good, love-dovey stuff instead?
