ANIMANIACS and PINKY AND THE BRAIN Get Their Own Funko POP! Figures

ANIMANIACS and PINKY AND THE BRAIN Get Their Own Funko POP! Figures

Helloooo, nurse!

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the latest iconic pop culture characters making the transition to adorable Funko POP! vinyl figures are bound to make all you children of the ’90s very, very happy. Coming this fall, Warner Bros. animation stars from the classic cartoon series Animaniacs, the Warner siblings Yakko, Wakko, and Dot, will get their own vinyl figures.

Joining them, likely in an effort to try to take over the world (as they try to do every night), are the most beloved global domination-bent lab mice of all time, Pinky and the Brain. The figures are set to hit stores in November. You can see images of the new vinyl figures in our gallery below.

Animaniacs premiered in 1993 and was on the air until 1998, running originally on Fox Kids Network before making the transition to Kid’s WB in the late ’90s, and lasted for nearly 100 episodes. The versatile series tampered both in educational material, teaching kids about history and geography, as well as in nonsense humor and pop culture satire. Pinky and the Brain was spun off from Animaniacs a few years later and ran for four seasons. Both shows were collaborations with Steven Spielberg, who had previously created Tiny Toon Adventures with Warner Bros. Animation Studios.

Hopefully, if these latest Funko POP! figures sell well, we’ll see  other characters from the show hit shelves, like Slappy Squirrel, Buttons and Mindy, Minerva Mink, Rita and Runt, and my personal favorite, the Goodfeathers.
