What if the Land of Ooo and the Candy Kingdom from Adventure Time fell upon hard times? The pastel landscape could turn into the drab wastelands of Mad Max: Fury Road. Finn the Human and Jake the Dog would have a whole different set of adventures to go on.

Ryan May of City of Pyramids has a vision of what the worlds of Fury Road and Adventure Time would look like if they were squished together, and I am one hundred percent on board.

Obviously, the Ice King has to be Immortan Joe, since he has a propensity for kidnapping princesses. And the Ice King as Joe somehow looks terrifying instead of ridiculous:

There’s no choice better for the role of Doof Warrior than Marceline. I think she’d use her flamethrowing bass-playing skills for good, but either way, she’d rock it.

May has Princess Bubblegum taking the place of Imperator Furiosa, and I am all about her gummy prosthetic arm. Finn becomes Mad Max. Lemongrab is one of Joe’s War Boys, and other princesses like LSP appear as Joe’s breeders. I desperately want these images to become an epic group cosplay at San Diego Comic-Con.
