ADVENTURE TIME is Returning with 5 New Episodes (Exclusive)

You can’t resist these lumps… and by “these lumps,” I mean Adventure Time news. We’re feeling positively mathematical about announcing that the animated series will be returning to Cartoon Network with five all new episodes very soon. And we have exclusive clips from two of the episodes! Oh my glob. Can you stand it?

The five episodes will air on Cartoon Network in a week-long event, kicking off on Monday, July 17. While Finn the Human and Jake the Dog appear in the episodes, so do several other characters making for some sweet catch-up time–which is what we all need before Adventure Time comes to an end in 2018.

But, let’s not bring things down. Let’s discuss what’s ahead with Finn and Jake, BMO, Marceline, and Fionna and Cake. Here are the details on the upcoming eps:

    • “Abstract” – airing July 17
As Jake goes through some personal changes, he’s haunted by a sinister dream encounter with his brother Jermaine.

  • “Whispers” – airing July 20
While safeguarding a frightened Sweet P, Finn is led into a confrontation with an old foe.
  • “Three Buckets” – airing July 21
Finn and Fern’s carefree visit to some old ruins turns disastrous.

If you want early access, you can see the episodes as of Friday, July 14, on the Cartoon Network app.

Will you be tuning in via the app or watching new Adventure Time next week? What do you hope to see from Finn and Jake? Sound off in the comments.
