With Halloween fast approaching, we’ve been wondering what one of the kings of costumes, MythBusters’ Adam Savage, would be showing off. He ain’t afraid of no ghosts this Halloween.
From samurai armor to Alien suits and everything in between, if it can be made into a costume, there’s a good chance Adam has crafted it. Knowing that, it should come as no surprise that when he had a chance to show-off an excellent Ghostbusters proton pack in honor of the film’s 30th anniversary, he did so in a new Tested.com video from the maker’s San Francisco cave:
The level of detail put into every item in Adam’s massive collection of costumes never ceases to amaze us, even though it shouldn’t considering Adam always strives for excellence and accuracy in making. It’s surprising it has taken the mythbuster this long to roll out some Ghostbusters gear, especially since it has been teased in other videos in the past. We know that if we had a proton pack that looked this good, we’d be wearing it around town nearly every day. How Adam manages to resist that consistent urge baffles the mind.
