Emerging first from the slew of Gamescom news coming our way this week is the reveal of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare‘s multiplayer, in the form of a brand new trailer! Sledgehammer Games is taking the helm on this installment of the series, and it looks like everything arena shooter fans who love verticality-based gameplay could possibly ask for. Slap that play button and remember to wipe up your drool afterwards.
It looks like exoskeletons are becoming the hottest thing on the street since FUBU jerseys, aviator sunglasses, Ugg boots, and bubble coats. It’s only a matter of time before we see them on the shelf at a local Target, so hipsters better get on the exo-train now if they want to have their shameless bragging rights and be ahead of the curve. Not that I have any complaints about that, because it seems to have made Call of Duty a better game altogether.
We’ll have complete impressions of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare‘s multiplayer up on Nerdist.com soon, but in the meantime, let’s contemplate the idea of the imminent exo-teabagging that will ensue when this game releases in November.
Malik, this trailer reminds me of the good old Unreal Tournament days.. If the game play lives up to that, it may be the first CoD game I purchase since the first Modern Warfare…
