Zachary Quinto and Hannah Ware Talk HITMAN: AGENT 47

When word first came down that Fox was hard at work on a new adaptation of the Hitman video game series in the form of Hitman: Agent 47, fans were skeptical. (We all remember 2007’s Hitman, which, unfortunately, no amount of Timothy Olyphant could save.) However, as footage and imagery have slowly emerged from the new film that features Homeland‘s Rupert Friend as everyone’s favorite assassin, many have calmed down on the skepticism front.

At this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Nerdist Editor-In-Chief Brian Walton sat down with film stars Zachary Quinto and Hannah Ware live at Petco Park to discuss everything from who John Smith and Katia van Dees play in the new film, how they interact, what advice Zachary has for Hall H newbie Ware, and what their favorite games were growing up.

This isn’t the Hitman of years past. This time around, it appears Fox is making sure they get Agent 47 right. It’s about time we got ourselves a video game adaptation that’s worthy of our hard earned dollars, wouldn’t you agree?

Hitman: Agent 47 hits theaters February 27th, 2015.
