    Does anyone know what the sleep audio thing is that they were referring to, with the crumpled paper? Asking for a friend. Thx

      Ben, I think they’re talking about ASMR, which is a kind of physical reaction to certain kind of sounds like the “clicking” that goes on when people whisper or crumple paper.  There are a ton of YouTube videos of people doing this kind of stuff, but Googling ASMR will probably get you set in the right direciton

      tis’ called ASMR. Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. When certain stimuli (generally sounds) cause tingles and relaxation. There are literally thousands of hours worth of videos on youtube. Just type in ‘asmr’ 🙂
