You Can Rebuild Vehicles Up to Three Times in LEGO DIMENSIONS

And the LEGO news just keeps coming! After hearing word about the Minecraft competitor LEGO Worlds yesterday, all of the LEGO Jurassic World info we’ve covered, and the sweet LEGO Dimensions trailer that released about two weeks ago, we’ve definitely seen an abundance of blocky goodness in headlines lately. To keep the excitement going, Warner Bros. Interactive dropped a brand new trailer for LEGO Dimensions earlier today.

The video, which you can check out at the top of the page, revealed that every vehicle and gadget in the game can be physically built and re-built twice, which offers you three entirely different objects. According to the press release, once players earn a building achievement “they will get in-game instructions that show them how to use the same physical LEGO bricks to rebuild vehicles and gadgets into different objects that provide all-new abilities.”

I for one am glad that we’re actually going to be re-building our creations as opposed to finishing the original builds and never touching the bricks again. If the ability to build your favorite vehicles and set pieces wasn’t cool enough already, the re-build feature is sure to be tough for Skylanders, Disney Infinity and Nintendo Amiibo’s to compete with.

Also, while it was already rumored, the company officially announced that The Simpsons, Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, Portal, Jurassic World, Midway Arcade, LEGO Chima and Scooby-Doo will all be joining DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings, The LEGO Movie, The Wizard of Oz, LEGO Ninjago and Back to the Future as playable worlds in the game.

What LEGO vehicle are you most excited to rebuild? Let us know in the comments below.
