Inspired by movies, TV shows, comics, and video games, these routines arrive just in time to help you achieve that summer blockbuster bod. Ok, it probably won’t make you as strong as Thor in a couple of months, but at least you can proclaim that you’re working as hard as a fictional character who carries dirt.
