Win Friends with Charisma in The New FALLOUT 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Video

Welcome back to class, vault dwellers. Today we are going to be learning all about your Charisma, and its ability to influence those around you. Be sure to also take refreshers on the first three courses about Strength, Perception, and Endurance if you have not done so already. It is vitally important to know all of these attributes before venturing out into the wasteland on your own.

Good news, pacifists. If you aren’t interested in having to be overly-aggressive in your journey across the wasteland, Chrisma will be the attribute for you. There is no need to worry about how much damage you take, or dish out, if you are able to influence others to work with you toward your goals. Friends are the rarest commodity in the wasteland, so pick them up where you can. Whether they are fighting along side you, running an errand for you, or giving you discounts at stores, there is always something you can use a companion for.

I previously speculated that the Charisma video Bethesda put out for the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. series of Fallout 4 advertisements would be less gruesome and violent than the previous ones, and I was right. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t have some brutal moments in it, though. I personally find a fork in the eye more upsetting that being blown up or shot, but that’s why it is important to keep Charisma in mind when getting prepared for your journey through the wasteland. That, or be sure to carry a whole lot of guns on you into each town.

With Charisma under our belts, we can look forward to a video about Intelligence next week. How do you think a lack of intelligence will get Vault Boy into trouble? Let us know in the comments below.
