This Monday will see the airing of the penultimate episode in 24: Live Another Day. While some were skeptical, it’s hard to argue with the results we’ve seen from the limited series event, especially in the latter half of its run. Every episode in the last few weeks has been tight and a real return to form for the show, arguably the best work we’ve seen since the Emmy Award-winning fifth season. Now, with two episodes left to go, we have for you five (yes, five) new clips from the next episode, and they’re excellent. Check ‘em out:

Now that’s some mighty fine real-time entertainment right there. For our money, the best of the bunch is definitely the one that sees Chloe going boss on some bad guys. We all remember that time she pulled out an assault rifle and took down a professional killer in Season Four, so to have a new moment of her going full Bauer is completely welcome.

It’s also nice to know the whole subplot with Mark and the forged President Heller signature will finally come to a head in the next episode. If the promo’s telling the truth, someone’s about to go down hard for treason, and that’s just the way we like it in the world of Bauer. Good work, 24. Good work.
