In just two days, The Legend of Korra Season 3 will premiere with not one, not two, but three episodes and Nickelodeon is getting fans hyped by releasing the first five minutes of the new season.
At the end of season two, Avatar Korra (voiced by The JV Club host Janet Varney)Â decided to leave the spirit portals open after the events of the Harmonic Convergence. Fans, as well as the series’ characters, were left unsure as to what would happen next, but in this five minute preview, we get a glimpse into the new world that will have you thinking you’re a bender too!

Holy crap! The official trailer left some pretty big questions unanswered, mainly about how there were more Airbenders when Tenzin and his children were thought to be the last one left, but now Bumi (Tenzin’s brother) is one of them? I’m seriously mentally airbending tables over here! Along with the emergence of new Airbenders, we also get a glimpse of the ramifications of the spirit and real world colliding, which mainly results in a lot of annoying vines.
The Legend of Korra: Book 3 – “Change” premieres on Friday, June 27 at 7PM ET on Nickelodeon.
