Fact: Miss Piggy was Rihanna before Rihanna was even a thing (this is a good thing). She is a fiery, OG boss-ass woman(pig) that has never taken any prisoners — even when it comes to her to beloved Kermie, whom she isn’t afraid to wail on with the backside of her hand. You get a sense of her timeless ‘tude in the decades-spanning compilation of clips Mylo The Cat used to create this reimagined music video: She is always in control, and I would never want to be in her debt.

When I saw that Vulture mashed up footage of Miss Piggy with Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money,” I wasn’t even surprised. It just immediately felt right, like it was written in the stars before this ubiquitous Top 40 track was even penned. Although “BBHMM” isn’t my favorite single Rihanna has ever released, this repurposed music video is easily my favorite Muppet mashup (sorry Gonzo). Now excuse me while I Kermit flail like BLAH BLAH BLAH.
