Watch BATTLESTAR’s Katee Sackhoff Shake Her Groove Thing with the UK’s Coolest Cosplayers

Cosplay is awesome, but it’s always at its most awesome when see through the eyes of our pals at Sneaky Zebra – who make the art form as exciting as any Hollywood movie or TV show. But hey, why compete? Instead, our cheerful chums have enlisted the actual stars of some of our favorite pop-culture franchises to cameo in their latest video extravaganza, shot at the recent London Film and Comic Con Winter 2014 at Earls Court. The highlight of which must certainly be Starbuck herself, the lovely Katee Sackhoff, boogieing alongside a platoon of Battlestar Galactica fans. Other famous faces who appear include Lord of the Rings‘ Pippin (Billy Boyd, who’ll sing the end credits song in the upcoming final Hobbit film), Arrow and James Bond star Colin Salmon, Jurassic Park‘s Lex (Ariana Richards, now a professional artist), and Game of Thrones‘ Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (Gregor Clegane, a/k/a “The Mountain”), who proves he’s more than worthy of the Iron Throne.

Just as cool are the countless cosplayers themselves, with amazing recreations and (hilarious reimaginings) of your favorite characters from Power Puff Girls, Dragon Ball Z, Disney’s Hercules and Frozen, Pixar’s Up, The Avengers, Stargate, Doctor Who, Fight Club, The Walking Dead, The Addams Family (in black and white, natch), Firefly, Scott Pilgrim, and Harry Potter. Plus, heroes and villains like Wonder Woman (lassoing Loki!), Captain Boomerang, Cheetara, Lara Croft, the Wicked Witch of the West, Mad Max, Marty McFly, a squad of zombie-slaying Disney princesses, more Batman villains than you can shake a Batarang at, and – in my favorite bit of visual razzle-dazzle – X-Men: Days of Future Past‘s Quicksilver. Watch all this win below!
