So you’re some guy with a pick-up truck and a jet engine. What do you do with it besides supercharging your speed or attempting to snowblow? Disintegrate beloved children’s toys of course.
In the video above, YouTuber PowerModz decides to take a Tickle Me Elmo toy, strap it to a pole (a little too happily), and then fire up a jet engine in its face. Not surprisingly, exposed to the extreme heat and air flow of a 2,500 horsepower engine, Elmo blasts apart almost instantaneously.
I would have called this video “Elmo’s Fire,” but whatever.
PowerModz called this the first in his series of destroying stuff with a jet engine videos, but I couldn’t find any more destruction beyond poor Elmo. What would you put in the firing line? A Furby? (A toy with a lot of hair will melt gloriously.) A pyramid of Barbie dolls? All those Beanie Babies you thought would be worth something but totally weren’t? Let me know in the comments below.
